a) Have you utilized less than 50% of your HRD Corp levy collection for the year 2023?

b) Is your current HRD Corp unused levy balance more than RM50,000?

If you answer yes to both, according to HRD Corp Employer Circular No. 02/ 2024, please be informed that HRD Corp will deduct 15% of your current unused levy balance as part of the Program Latihan Madani (PLM) Initiative.

This initiative aims to encourage better utilization of levy collections and support training programs.

To avoid this deduction, it is recommended to actively use your levy collections towards eligible training programs, ensuring that more than 50% of your levy is utilized and your unused levy balance falls below RM 50,000.
