Effective Inventory & Warehouse & Store Management

The way we handle inventory today is more important than ever. Too many times inventory is seen as a liability and not an asset. Properly handling this important asset is a crucial part of our ability to plan and execute effectively. Many often find themselves with too little or too much inventory or worse yet, not having the RIGHT inventory. Therefore, every personnel involved must furnish with the latest tools and techniques to ensure their role is carry out effectively.

This 2 day workshop is specially designed for personnel who are involved in inventory management, to equip them with the skill and knowledge on how to maximize the profitability and productivity of their inventory investment. Store, Warehouse, Logistic, Supply Chain, Material Requirement Planning, Procurement/ Purchasing, Production, Process, Maintenance, Engineering Departments; Managers, Engineers, Planners, Officers, Supervisors and leaders who manage inventory/ stock, store/ warehouse

The course is highly interactive; participants will be guided through the various topics in modular form and will be involved in extensive exercises. Communication medium will be in Malay or English or both. The course incorporates;

N Haron

This training course is developed and conducted by N Haron is graduated in the Warwick University, U.K. with a master’s degree in manufacturing systems engineering, attended formal training in Toyota Production System, in Toyota Aichi plant, AGC Co., Nagoya, Japan. His specialty is in Lean Manufacturing with over 25-years real life hands-on experience both in technical and management in multi-national automotive-based companies with TS16949 working environment.

He is a certified trainer by PSMB and Competency Training Institute of Australia (CTI) and a course leader for Lean Production and Productivity Skill Training Course Series. He also provides consulting services on LEAN/ TPS, 5S, TPM, Kaizen, SMED, Cellular system, Mixed Production, Factory Layout Planning and Small Group Activities.
